Darigold, Inc., one of the largest dairy producers in the United States, has announced key changes to its senior leadership team. Chris Rowe, a veteran dairy industry leader, has been named Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Dana Kennedy returns to the company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Darigold is the marketing and processing subsidiary of the Northwest Dairy Association (NDA), owned and operated by nearly 300 family-owned farms in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. The company processes approximately 10 billion pounds of milk annually and operates 11 production facilities throughout the Northwest, with a 12th facility under construction in Central Washington. Darigold is known for producing a full line of dairy products for retail, foodservice, commodity, and specialty markets.

Chris Rowe, who joined Darigold in August 2023 as President of the B2B division, has been appointed Interim CFO. Rowe brings with him extensive leadership experience, having previously served in various roles at Fonterra, one of the world’s largest dairy companies. Rowe will continue to oversee the B2B division while taking on the CFO position.

We are confident that Chris will bring his extensive global dairy experience to this role and help us navigate the final stages of our fiscal year and the opening of our new production facility in Central Washington.”
