In response to growing consumer demand for Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, Upstate Niagara Cooperative is set to embark on a major expansion of its production facilities. The $150 million investment in West Seneca, New York, will significantly increase the company’s production capacity and create numerous new jobs.

Expansion Details

According to Buffalo Business First, Upstate Niagara Cooperative plans to expand its current facility with a new 250,000-square-foot addition. This expansion will be a substantial boost to the existing 222,851-square-foot plant, enabling the company to better meet the rising demand for its dairy products.
