The partnership aims to enhance food offerings and production capabilities for both companies, while bringing new experiences and products to local customers.
In a move designed to enhance local food offerings, Seven Acre Dairy Company, based in Paoli, Wisconsin, has acquired a stake in Landmark Creamery, marking the beginning of a promising partnership aimed at expanding cheese and butter production. Seven Acre Dairy, a renowned boutique dairy business with a history rooted in the 1880s Swiss cheese and butter plant, will combine its resources and expertise with Landmark Creamery, a beloved local cheese shop and cafe founded by Anna Landmark in 2017.
This strategic acquisition is poised to enhance the menu and production at both Landmark Creamery and Seven Acre Dairy. Landmark Creamery’s famed butter will be made in a space adjacent to the Seven Acre Dairy Café, where it will be featured in recipes and sold in various sizes at both businesses. The collaboration seeks to scale up production while revitalizing local food offerings with high-quality cheese, butter, and other dairy products.
Nic Mink, the founder of Seven Acre Dairy, brings his experience in business expansion and local culinary development, ensuring that this partnership will benefit both companies. Landmark Creamery’s award-winning products will now be available to a broader customer base, and the newly revamped “Landmark Creamery & Cafe” will offer innovative dairy-based dishes like grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dogs with raclette cheese, and Seven Acre’s famous pastries and buttermilk biscuits.
Looking ahead, this collaboration is expected to increase foot traffic to the Seven Acre complex, enhance dairy-related events, and boost production capabilities. The synergy between Seven Acre Dairy and Landmark Creamery signals an exciting future for the local food scene, creating new products and experiences for customers while promoting the growth of Wisconsin’s dairy industry.
