These innovations cater to diverse dietary preferences and are set to hit major retailers in September.

Premium British yogurt brand, The Collective, is set to revolutionize the dairy aisle with its innovative new range of yogurt products for both adults and children. This new product line is crafted to meet the needs of health-conscious consumers, offering diverse options that cater to various dietary and lifestyle preferences. Renowned for its high-quality, natural yogurt products that blend superior taste with nutritional benefits, The Collective has solidified its position as a leading player in the UK dairy industry, continuously innovating to deliver healthier snacking solutions for all demographics.

New Adult Yogurt Pouches to Meet Diverse Health Needs

The Collective’s new product line includes a six-strong range of yogurt pouches targeted at adults. Each yogurt variant is crafted to address specific health concerns and daily needs, providing a nutritious, on-the-go option for consumers:

  • Immunity: A cherry and acai Greek-style yogurt enriched with vitamins C and D to support immune health.
  • Kickstart: A blend of British oats, whole grains, blueberry, and raspberry natural yogurt, offering vitamin D, live cultures, and fiber for a wholesome start to the day.
  • Restore: A natural yogurt with apple, kiwi, and spirulina, providing protein, vitamin D, and calcium to aid muscle repair.
  • Invigorate: Passionfruit and ginseng natural yogurt, formulated with vitamin D and calcium to offer a natural energy boost.
  • Gut Feel: A vanilla-flavored kefir yogurt designed to support gut health, featuring 14 strains of live cultures and a source of fiber, with no added sugar.
  • Uplift: A peach and raspberry Greek-style yogurt, also available in a dairy-free peach and vanilla variant.

Each pouch contains fewer than 100 calories and complies with the UK’s High Fat, Salt, and Sugar (HFSS) regulations, making them a healthy snacking choice. The new yogurt pouches will be available at major retailers throughout September, priced at £1.50 per pouch.

Tor Hunt-Taylor, Marketing Director at The Collective UK, shared the inspiration behind the new product line, stating, “We spotted an opportunity to grow a new trend with on-the-go yogurt pouches for grown-ups. Other brands in the UK focus purely on protein yogurt pouches designed for gym-goers, but we believe yogurt has a bigger role to play in healthier snacking and should be a go-to option for a much broader set of consumers.”

Hunt-Taylor emphasized that The Collective’s new range is designed to cater to various health interests, such as immunity and gut health, while staying true to the brand’s commitment to using high-quality, natural ingredients.

‘Mixers’ – A Healthier Split Pot for Children

In a bid to appeal to families, The Collective is also launching the UK’s first range of split pots specifically designed for children. Research by the brand revealed that families with children aged 5-9 often shift away from yogurt to less healthy snack options. The new ‘Mixers’ range aims to reverse this trend by offering a healthier alternative without compromising on taste or fun.

The ‘Mixers’ are available in two flavors:

  • Poppin’ Choco Mixers: Live vanilla yogurt combined with brownie bits, puffed rice pops, and popping candy for a playful and nutritious treat.
  • Crunchin’ Strawb Mixers: Live strawberry yogurt with biscuit bits and strawberries, providing a satisfying and wholesome snack.

Both flavors contain 30% less sugar than the average flavored yogurts with inclusions, are HFSS-compliant, and are free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. They also offer live cultures for gut health and essential nutrients like vitamin D, calcium, and protein, supporting immune and bone health.

Hunt-Taylor highlighted the significance of this launch, stating, “Current split pots on the market are fun and interactive but tend to be high in sugar and low in nutritional value. No split pot on the UK market fully delivers what both parents and children want, so we wanted to create something with both taste and high excitement levels but also in a healthier way, making it an easier choice for parents.”

The ‘Mixers’ range will also be available in major UK retailers starting in September, with a recommended retail price of £1.50.

These new product launches mark a significant expansion of The Collective’s product line, catering to the growing demand for convenient, nutritious, and enjoyable snacking options across different age groups and dietary preferences. The brand’s continued innovation in the yogurt category underscores its commitment to leading the market with products that align with consumer health trends.
